Elaborate on any past administration/staff experiences:I was an admin back on GGS and SG Warning count:13 warnings on GS but most of them were fake no warns on NGS Reasons for warns:Most of them were RDM during downtime when admins were just having fun How many hours can you get in a week on the server? (Rough Figure):I get home at 6-7 pm my time on week days and i can stay up until 10 pm so it would be 15 hours on weekdays and weekends i can stay the entire day Situations (Answer these to the best of your ability) While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do?[/b] I would tell him to stop and ask why he was doing it if he do it again i would warn him and if he keeps doing it i would call one of my superiors [b]You notice someone prop killing, prop spamming, or rdming. And if you choose to ban, how long?[/b] I would bring him to a talk 1st and give him a verbal warning if he continues i would warn him and if he decides to continue again i would ban him for 3 days form prop spam/rdm [b]You see a staff member constantly harassing a player for a specific reason (Such as their race or age), what do you do/how do you go about this situation?[/b] I would warn him to stop and if he doesnt stop and continues to abuse the player i would contact a superior

During my time on GGS, during January and February when it was still CWRP, Spider made me feel welcome while also being able to make me laugh at the same time. And while he had done some questionable things, he always stayed behind a certain boundary, and never done any sort of outstanding abuse if any at all. I feel that he should be introduced into the staff team.
