I offer a lot of time and energy to the server. I have spent my time dedicated as a Shock member and made my way to the highest officer rank (LTC). Although I am young when im needed to be serious I am. As staff on a previous server I took my job very seriously because as staff you are set on a higher standard. As staff you are also given a lot of power which should not be abused ever, if staff is abusing their power soon the players will start to abuse their powers. I noticed on GGS that some staff would abuse their powers in events or just say that staff's decision mattered more than the players, which I think is BS. As a Shock we are like a step down from staff, we deal with minges, people who disrespect, etc, and I believe I excelled in my training and time as shock because I followed all of the rules and made sure all of the players on the server did the same. I also have a lot of patience, I can handle talking to minges which I would do as a shock, I would walk into the jail cell, tell them what they did wrong and go over what they needed to do so wouldn't end up in jail again. As staff I want to make NG something better than what GGS was about, GGS became corrupt and repetitive, I want NG to become a beacon for people to come have a good time and be under good management so they wont have to complain like most did on GGS.  Elaborate on any past administration/staff experiences:      My past staff experiences were on a server called PGC which was run by Curly/Thire. On that server I was one of the most active staff on and I dealt with a lot of minges. I also assisted in setting up sims, events, and was also a shock trooper. Being staff on PGC made me strive to be staff again on NG because I had such a good time helping people and helping my own troopers when they need me. Will you commit to spending your spare time on the server?:      Yes I will commit my time on the server. I dont have after school programs, I don't hang out with friends (Im a loser), I also rarely get large amounts of homework so I am able to be on when ever I am need after 4:30 PM PST. I was also on GGS almost everyday unless something came up. Warning count: 0 Reasons for warns: I have never been warned How many hours can you get in a week? (Rough Figure): 72-90 hours Situations (Answer these to the best of your ability) While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do? -If I notice this behavior I alert it to the staff manager or owner. No staff should abuse their powers. You notice someone prop killing, prop spamming, or rdming. What do you do? And if you choose to ban, how long? - If someone is prop killing on purpose I would perma-band them for RDM. If someone is prop spamming I would Perma-Ban them for attempting to crash the server. If someone is RDMing I would ban them for a week but if it is mass RDM I would Perma-ban them. You see a staff member constantly harassing a player for a specific reason (Such as their race or age), what do you do/how do you go about this situation? -If a staff member is harassing a player for their race or age, I would report them to the staff manager or owner(s) for harassment. No one not event staff should be racist or undermine someone for their age.[/b]
