Explain why you think you deserve this rank (150 words+): It's not up to me to say whether or not I deserve it, I loved being a part of the old staff and just want to assist in maintaining the server as a whole. I put most of my free time into being on the server and trying to assist in any way I could, and hopefully that's reflected in how people think of me as a person or a staff member. Whether or not I'm instated as staff again won't keep me from playing on the server, I'm always gonna flock towards the old crew. The ones I think of as friends. I'll do my best if given the position and try to show people what the server is really about. I can't hope enough that this server does everything GGS couldn't. Situations (Answer these to the best of your ability) While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do? - I take screenshots and record clips for evidence, as well as warn both the staff member and players in the situation of the breaches in question. If they don't cease I would contact any higher up staff available. You notice someone prop killing, prop spamming, or rdming. What do you do? And if you choose to ban, how long? - Depending on the circumstances I might Ban them for up to 24 hours, that would be worst case scenario though. Sometimes a verbal warning can do plenty and some people just need to get the idea that it's just a shitty thing to do. You see a staff member constantly harassing a player for a specific reason (Such as their race or age), what do you do/how do you go about this situation? - Record/ screenshot any evidence and warn the staff for what they're doing and why it's both immature and a poor representation of how a staff member should act.
