Explain why you think you deserve this rank (150 words+): I think I deserve this rank because I want to help out the server because I have been with this server and GGS for a while and the only server I play on is NGS. I want to be able to help out others when the other staff are busy. I can be serious when necessary. I want to help out with events so they are better and people will like them and want to stay. This is the only server I play on and I would love to be staff and help out others and keep people on track. I can handle problems very well. I put all the time I can into this server. I have not been a staff on a server before but this would be the perfect place to start. This server is all I care about and the people. I love the community and it would be great to get the server to grow. I am a very good builder and I know the lore pretty well. I would also like to do some events of my own to bring in new ideas.

Elaborate on any past administration/staff experiences: Recently I help out rebuilding the venator when all the props got deleted. I have talked with people to handle problems and how to solve them. I have been in a few events as an event character and they went well. I've helped out with ideas for events.

While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do?
- First I would tell them to stop and give them a warning. If they kept doing it I would kick them and report it to one of the higher staff.

You notice someone prop killing, prop spamming, or rdming. What do you do? And if you choose to ban, how long?
- First I would go to them and tell them top stop and give them a warning and if they don't stop I would ban them for a day depending on how bad it was.

You see a staff member constantly harassing a player for a specific reason (Such as their race or age), what do you do/how do you go about this situation?
- I would immediately kick them and talk to the person who was getting harassed about what they were doing to them and I would talk to the staff who was harassing the player why they did it and I would report it to a higher staff
